Have a problem you can’t solve, or a bug to report? The primary way to contact Advenio for help is email. (Phone support is not currently available)

While you will probably get a response at all hours of the day, please keep in mind that normal support business hours are Monday – Friday from 8-6 EST. (Please note: Because of the resources required, we cannot offer phone support.)

Recipe Swap

Swap recipes with other MacGourmet users on MacGourmet Recipe Swap.

VIP code

When you sign up for the Recipe Swap board, just make sure to use the value macgourmet-swap for the VIP code text field when you fill in your registration information. (We require this because of spammer abuse).
