Version 1.1

Version 1.1 is a free update for registered users and includes the following changes:

Added support for adding your own items to the nutrition database.

Updated to latest USDA nutritional database, SR20

Added support for more automatic resolutions.

Fixed various calculation errors reported by users.

Fixed a problem enabling and disabling the groups displayed.
