Version 1.0.1

Version 1.0.1 is a free update for registered users and includes the following changes:

Added servings information for calculated nutritional data to the Nutrition Facts section of recipe display.

Fixed a problem saving nutritional data when the apostrophe in an ingredient name was not escaped properly.
