Version 1.3


Version 1.3 is a free update for registered users and includes the following changes:

  • Updated to USDA SR21 database.

  • Fixed an error that might have caused a calculation error for certain ingredients.

  • Fixed a problem that was preventing the window "Close" menu item from enabling correctly.

  • Fixed a case where the "Calculations were canceled" error message was getting displayed incorrectly.


Version 1.3 requires MacGourmet 2.3 or later.

Version 1.2.3


Version 1.2.3 is a free update for registered users and includes the following changes:

  • Fixed a problem introduced in version 1.2.2 that prevented calculations for some recipes.


Version 1.2.3 requires MacGourmet 2.3.

Version 1.2.2


Version 1.2.2 is a free update for registered users and includes the following changes:

  • Fixed an incorrect weight title for "Peppers, sweet, red, raw" nutritional item.

  • Fixed a calculation error occasionally seen when the ingredient amount was in whole numbers and the weight was a fraction.

Version 1.2.2 requires MacGourmet 2.3.

Version 1.2.1


Version 1.2.1 is a free update for registered users and includes the following changes:

  • Fixed a calculation error with "dash" ingredient measurements.

  • Added Sugars to Nutrition Facts box.

  • Fixed a problem where dragging an item dropped the selected item and not the dragged item.


Version 1.2.1 requires MacGourmet 2.3.

Version 1.2


Version 1.2 is a free update for registered users and includes the following changes:

  • Added support for new MacGourmet plug-in framework. Nutrition now appears as a "first-class" menu item in the menubar.

  • Fixed a display issue, where calories from fat was displaying the percentage, not the actual value.

  • Fixed a problem that was preventing float numbers from being entered into some fields when adding your own nutritional items.


Version 1.2 requires MacGourmet 2.3.

Version 1.1


Version 1.1 is a free update for registered users and includes the following changes:

  • Added support for adding your own items to the nutrition database.

  • Updated to latest USDA nutritional database, SR20

  • Added support for more automatic resolutions.

  • Fixed various calculation errors reported by users.

  • Fixed a problem enabling and disabling the groups displayed.
