Clip Recipes from any Web Page
How often do you come across a recipe on a web page and want to save it? All the time, right? Using MacGourmet’s web clipping service and the Recipe Import Assistant, it’s easy to get those recipes into MacGourmet, and into the same format as the rest of the recipes in your collection, even if that web page recipe is not in what’s considered a “standard” format.
It’s all about the Services…
By simply selecting the text of a recipe in your web browser, like Safari, and using the “Clip Recipe” menu item in the Services menu, you can quickly import that text into your MacGourmet Clippings list.
Once imported, you just need to use the Recipe Import Assistant to turn that clipping into a recipe. All it takes is a few steps and voila, the recipe you wanted to save is now in MacGourmet!
